Refund and cancellation policy

This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for Reelday subscriptions. It applies together with our Terms and Conditions and does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

1. What you are buying

A subscription to Reelday: a service that builds reels from clips you upload and publishes them to your Instagram account on a schedule, then reports the results. The subscription length, price and renewal price are shown before you pay and confirmed by email.

2. Cancelling

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the renewal price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Reelday, Cancel. Google Play: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Reelday, Cancel. Website purchases: use the link in your Paddle receipt email, go to paddle.net, or write to [email protected]. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

3. Refunds for purchases made in the app

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are made to them and decided under their policies: reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS, or the order history in Google Play for Android. We cannot process these refunds ourselves.

4. Refunds for purchases made on our website: 14 days, any reason

Website purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. You can get a full refund of any charge, for any reason, by asking within 14 days of that charge. This applies to the first payment and to every renewal payment.

To ask, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, go to paddle.net, or write to [email protected] with the email address you used to buy. Refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed within 14 days of your request.

5. Trials and renewals

If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Every renewal charge is covered by the same 14-day refund window in section 4.
