How does the 1-week trial work?
You pay $9.99 for your first week and get everything. After 7 days it continues on the 4-week plan at $29.99 every 4 weeks. Cancel any time before or after — we remind you the day before your plan starts.
How do I cancel?
One tap in the app under Settings, or from the billing portal link on your receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See Refunds and cancelling.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund of any charge, for any reason, by asking within 14 days of that charge — the first payment and every renewal. No questions asked. Full details on the refunds page.
Who charges me?
Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for Reelday. Your statement will show Paddle, and they issue your invoice and handle any sales tax or VAT.
What currency is this?
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle may show your local currency at checkout and will add any tax required where you live.
How do I get the app after paying?
Immediately. Install Reelday on your phone and sign in with the same email you paid with — your subscription is already active on that account. There is nothing to download separately and no licence key to enter.
Do you offer a free plan?
You can create an account and look around, but publishing reels, autopilot and the weekly report need a subscription.
